Beginners Program, 6 weeks - 2026
“This is amazing! On my end, I also had a blood test in early December and then again this Sunday. My iron levels were so low in December that I was referred to Hematology for iron transfusions. However, I never went ahead with them.
After these past few weeks of taking care of my diet and routine, my iron levels are now normal. My thyroid hormone levels are also back to normal.

“Good morning, Smitha! We got our blood work results back. My A1C is now 5.9 (it was 6.3 in November). My Vitamin D is in range now — probably because I started the supplement. However, I am low on B12, so I will be starting a supplement for that. By the way, F***** (husband) did a “lenient” version of Ripple, and his A1C came down to 5.8. So thank you once again from both of us.

“Over these 2-3 months, I released around 8.5 kgs of weight which has definitely also led to a lot of nicer things. It was becoming difficult for me to sit on the floor and get up or even squat for small tasks to do around the little one.
That's reduced a lot. I now take stairs (I live on the third floor) which i found sort of difficult earlier.
Such a good sleeper I have become. My skin has cleared a lot. And my blood pressure meds are down to half the dosage.
Yet to get my other tests done but hoping all to have changed as well..so

“Hi Smitha, last weekend I went to Varanasi and had to eat quite a few junk food, there were a lot of street food which I thought I would also savour, and what I found was that while I had those street food I enjoyed it but afterwards my appetite totally shutdown for further food until I came back home and had healthy food. I also thought my weight would have gone up since I had junk food, usually in the past I have seen such a trip would easily make me put on at least 1–2 kgs but today when I weighed myself I was still at the same weight.
Thanks for bringing me to this nice state where I am much more food intelligent and food conscious than before!!
