In Ripple - Part 1 - Foundations, you learned to eat as per Nature’s Season of Fall—lots of fruits, vegetables, proteins of your choice, nuts and seeds and plenty of hydration.
Now comes the Season of Spring.
If Fall was about settling in, Spring is about awakening. If Fall was about storing and steadying, Spring is nature’s invitation to melt, clarify, and let go. And while we can’t always wait for the calendar to align, we can intentionally bring Spring to us, at the exact moment our body needs it most. Whether that’s during the actual spring season or when life calls for a reset, we create the conditions for renewal.
This is Part 2: the advanced metabolic reset that goes deeper.

About Ripple Part 2
This 5-week experiential program combines two powerful wisdom traditions: 300,000 years of ancestral human nutrition (the diet humans’ biology thrives on—also widely called paleo) and 5,000 years of Ayurvedic seasonal rhythms. Together, they form a metabolic reset that honors how your biology is actually designed to work.
In Ayurveda, we don’t eat the same way year-round. Each season calls for different foods, different rhythms, different ways of nourishing. Part 2 teaches you to eat in sync with the season of spring.
What does Spring ask of us?
In Ayurveda, Spring is called Vasanta ṛtu—a powerful turning point in both climate and biology. After winter’s heaviness—the storing of fat and mucus for insulation—Spring signals the time to melt Kapha: sluggishness, congestion, weight gain, and emotional heaviness.
In ancestral times, our biology knew exactly what to do:
Animals emerged from hibernation
Plants budded with rising moisture (rainfall)
Wild greens, herbs, and sprouts appeared
Movement returned with the sun
Humans ate what nature offered: light, bitter, cleansing foods—designed to awaken the body and stimulate digestion.
While we all know it’s not always spring time, we will intentionally bring it to us. We’ll eat the foods Spring would offer. We’ll move like Spring calls us to move. We’ll clear what fall/junk fall accumulated (excess energy). And your body will remember exactly what to do.

6 Live Group Coaching Calls (60 minutes) on Fridays — Interactive, reflective, and deeply personal. Each call introduces seasonal themes, Ayurvedic concepts, and reflections from participants. Calls are recorded so you can attend or review asynchronously.
Weekly Guidance & Videos — Bite-sized videos, Ayurvedic concepts…
Dosha Assessment & Personalization — You’ll discover your Dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha constitution) and receive personalized food recommendations tailored to your type and the season.
Seasonal Shopping Lists & Recipe Ideas — No meal plans or rigid recipes. Instead, you’ll get seasonal ingredients and flavor combinations so you can create meals that fit your life and cuisine.
Mind–Body–Eating Tools — Tools to reflect on your hunger, cravings, emotional eating, and your relationship with food. This is where deep shifts happen.
A Supportive WhatsApp Community — You’ll journey with a small circle of like-minded participants in a safe space for honest conversations, shared wins, and collective energy.
Bonus Sixth Week — One week of continued WhatsApp group support after the program ends, so you’re never left hanging.
One 30-60 mins 1:1 Integration Call — During the final week, we meet 1:1 to reflect on your dosha assessment and design what ‘living this rhythm’ looks like for you going forward.

A gentle but important note:
This program asks for your presence and participation. It’s 5 weeks of intentional resetting, which means showing up to calls, engaging with the material, and being willing to eat differently. Part 2 is definitely not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix or passive results.
Your investment
$549 per person for the duration of 6 weeks.
Family offer: If you’d like your spouse or child (14+ yrs) living in the same household to participate actively in the whole program, then you can add them at an additional cost of $99. Otherwise they can do what I call ‘Backseat Ripple’ along with you for free!
