You’ll walk away with: Clarity on your dosha — not as a concept, but as something you can recognize in your body, daily, food guidelines tailored to your current state, a daily rhythm your body can trust, simple shifts you can actually follow, 3–5 clear starting points.

Most approaches tell you what to eat. Ayurveda helps you understand why your body responds the way it does. When you understand that, decisions become easier, food becomes intuitive, and health becomes sustainable.
