The seasonal bridge: from fall to spring.
A 5-week advanced metabolic reset that goes deeper. If fall was about settling in, spring is about awakening: melt, clarify and let go. All foods lush green.

In Part 1 you ate with the season of fall. Now comes spring.
In Ripple Part 1 – Foundations, you learned to eat as per nature’s season of fall: lots of fruits, vegetables, proteins of your choice, nuts and seeds, and plenty of hydration.
If fall was about storing and steadying, spring is nature’s invitation to melt, clarify and let go. We can’t always wait for the calendar to align, so we intentionally bring spring to us, at the exact moment our body needs it most. Whether that’s the actual spring season or when life calls for a reset, we create the conditions for renewal.
This is Part 2: the advanced metabolic reset that goes deeper.
Two wisdom traditions, one reset.
This 5-week experiential program combines 300,000 years of ancestral human nutrition (the diet human biology thrives on, also widely called paleo) with 5,000 years of Ayurvedic seasonal rhythms. Together they form a metabolic reset that honors how your biology is actually designed to work.
In Ayurveda, we don’t eat the same way year-round. Each season calls for different foods, different rhythms, different ways of nourishing. Part 2 teaches you to eat in sync with the season of spring.
Time to melt Kapha.
Humans ate what nature offered: light, bitter, cleansing foods, designed to awaken the body and stimulate digestion.
In Ayurveda, spring is called Vasanta ṛtu, a powerful turning point in both climate and biology. After winter’s heaviness, the storing of fat and mucus for insulation, spring signals the time to melt Kapha: sluggishness, congestion, weight gain and emotional heaviness.
In ancestral times, our biology knew exactly what to do:
- Animals emerged from hibernation
- Plants budded with rising moisture (rainfall)
- Wild greens, herbs and sprouts appeared
- Movement returned with the sun
We’ll eat the foods spring would offer, move the way spring calls us to move, and clear what fall (or junk fall) accumulated. Your body will remember exactly what to do.

It’s for you if…
- You’ve completed Ripple Part 1 (or have a similar foundation in intuitive eating, body awareness and elimination diet)
- You’re ready to go deeper into seasonal eating and Ayurvedic wisdom
- You want to reset when life has pulled you out of rhythm, whether from travel, stress or seasonal transitions
- You’re curious about your dosha and how to personalize your nutrition
- You want to reduce inflammation, clear congestion or reset your metabolism through food
- You’re willing to be present, to cook, to shop differently and to reflect on your relationship with food
A gentle but important note
This program asks for your presence and participation. It’s 5 weeks of intentional resetting: showing up to calls, engaging with the material and being willing to eat differently. Part 2 is not for you if you have no time or you’re looking for a quick fix or passive results.
per person, for the full program
- Family offer: add a spouse or child (14+) living in your household for $99. They’ll participate actively in the whole program. Otherwise they can do “Backseat Ripple” with you for free.
- Bring a friend: bring a friend along to the current class and you both get $50 off.
We often think of health support as an expense, but the cost of poor health can be far greater: medications, doctor visits, treatments, lost energy and quality of life. Ripple is a chance to invest earlier, with the depth of high-touch coaching in an intimate group.
The program fee is fixed. This is a thoughtfully designed small-group experience to ensure personal attention, and the price reflects the depth of coaching, structure and energy that goes into each participant’s journey.
